Kyle Politz D.C.

Dr. Kyle Politz is a native to the Metro area growing up in Apple Valley, MN. During high school, he played hockey and golf. His passion for chiropractic began after experiencing low back and hip pain while playing hockey. That experience led him to pursue a career in chiropractic to help serve and give back to the community.

After high school, Dr. Kyle played junior hockey in Alaska for 3 years. He then continued playing hockey at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point where he graduated with a pre-med Bachelor of Science degree in 2014. Dr. Kyle moved back home to the Twin Cities to pursue his dream of becoming a Chiropractor at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. After graduating from NWHSU, Dr. Kyle worked as an Associate Doctor for two years at one of the largest multi-disciplinary clinics in the Midwest. His love for chiropractic and education of patient care flourished and grew to where in 2020, he decided to bring that to the community of St Louis Park by opening Elevate Chiropractic.

Dr. Kyle loves working with families and athletes. He loves educating his practice members about Chiropractic and how to improve their lifestyles and become a healthier version of themselves. He has experience taking care of people of all ages from those that are a few hours old up to 97 years old! He currently utilizes many different techniques including manual adjusting techniques such as Diversified, Thompson, and Motion Palpation. He has also been trained in Activator Protocol, an instrument assisted technique.

In his free time you can find him working out, golfing, playing hockey, practicing yoga, and spending time with his English bulldog Bruno! He feels extremely fortunate and blessed to be back in the metro area and looks forward to serving St Louis Park and the surrounding communities for years to come!

Clinic Director

Bethany Hamp

Bethany Hamp is the Clinic Director for Elevate Chiropractic. She has been in the chiropractic field for almost ten years and has managed one of the largest multidisciplinary clinics in the Midwest.

She is originally from Oconomowoc Wisconsin, but moved up to the Twin Cities with her husband twelve years ago to finish her degree at the University of Minnesota in Nutrition and Dietetics. On top of managing a large clinic she has also been able to utilize her degree through nutritional consulting with patients.

She is very excited to start this new chapter at Elevate Chiropractic and to continue to work with Dr. Kyle. Chiropractic and the wellness lifestyle are very important to her and her family. Her two kids have been getting adjusted since they were just days old and she cannot imagine going through life without getting adjusted on a regular basis. Even though she isn't doing the actual adjusting she has been able to see the impact that chiropractic has on so many patients. It really can change people's lives and their outlook on their health.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Sean, two kids, Ethan and Evelynn and their dog Potter. You can usually find them at their cabin, the beach, park, reading, cooking, or dancing to Disney Songs! She also enjoys going to concerts, breweries, HIIT workouts, and Trivia nights on nights without the kids:)
